I am currently in my third trimester of my pregnancy and these have been a game changer in my self-care routine! They are calming, soothing and relaxing and also help if you suffer from regular headaches. My 2yo son also loves them. After trying a couple of masks, I had to get more. I purchased 2x mixed packs so I could try all the scents. I shared a few with family to give it a go. I love them. I instantly fall asleep for a quick nap if I need one during the day and once that warmth hits my eyes, I’m out for the count. The scent from the few I have tried, are not overpowering at all. It is a convenient and easy to use self care product that I recommend. The packaging is beautiful as well.
