New Zealand:

We send our products from New Zealand.  Usually we package orders within 1 business day of receiving them.
 

Although we cannot guarantee timeframes as there may be delays from the courier company, below is a general guide.

Please note that over busy time (Christmas, Fathers Day, Mothers Day etc) these times may increase.

NZ – Auckland – Overnight (week days)
NZ – North Island – 1 – 2 Working Days
NZ – South Island – 2 - 3 Working Days
NZ – Rural Delivery – add another 2 working days. 

 

Australia:

3 - 9 business days for Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth + Urban NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD.  

6 - 14 business days for SA, TAS, WA, NT or remote / rural areas country wide.  


International:

Unfortunately, at this point in time we do not ship outside of New Zealand and Australia.
